Polk County Sheriff Jim Tadman is running for a second term. Tadman announced today (Tuesday) that he has filed to run in the November election.
Among the key issues moving forward Tadman says he would like to focus on technology demands…the growing mental health and substance crisis…recruitment and retention of public safety professionals.
He says strong partnerships combined with an increased presence in the schools and community is critical in keeping Polk County a safe place to live and work.
